Creating Dream Homes & Commercial Spaces

Inspired by her European roots, Jana, who was born in the Czech Republic, wanted a light timber style flooring for her three-floor new build home.  As a keen entertainer, Jana was looking for the ‘wow’ factor, wanting to impress her guests whilst enjoying a durable and easy-to-clean solution.

Donnelly Watson was approached by Siemens Healthineers to transform the flooring throughout their Healthcare Diagnostics HQ in Sudbury, Suffolk. They were looking for a practical and consistent flooring choice which tied into their brand colours.

Donnelly Watson was approached by East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) to lay new safety flooring at The Treehouse, its dedicated hospice in Ipswich. EACH provides essential care to children and young people suffering from life-threatening illnesses.

In early 2019, we were fortunate to work alongside local interior designer Jojo Humes, laying new flooring at her client’s elegant family home. The project presented a few technical challenges, but it was nothing our experienced team couldn’t handle.

Ipswich Golf Club contacted Donnelly Watson to recommend and fit new flooring for the bar and restaurant in its clubhouse. Our design team selected a range of styles that would freshen up the space while maintaining the club’s heritage.

We were fortunate to work with Gressingham Foods in June 2019. With new offices being built at their expansive distribution centre in Diss, the company needed flooring laid in multiple rooms throughout the premises.

Fast-growing marketing agency StrategiQ required brand new flooring when moving into their current head office on the outskirts of Ipswich. Given the creative nature of the business, they were looking for something stylish and contemporary that also offered durability and practicality.

We were contacted by specialist IT recruitment agency Bristow Holland in 2017 as they required new flooring for their head office in Brightwell, near Ipswich. With no preference on flooring type, our design team created a number of concepts to present to the client ahead of fitting.

A local property developer contacted Donnelly Watson to support the development of Belgrove Place, a collection of stylish townhouses and apartments that occupy the former St. Clements hospital site in Ipswich.

In June 2019, Donnelly Watson lent a hand to an impressive domestic refurbishment project in Thorpeness. The client required artificial grass laid on the roof terrace of their modern beachside property, plus LVT in two en-suite bathrooms.

In September 2019, Donnelly Watson were tasked with installing various new safety floors at a residential care home in Stowmarket. Hillcroft House provides a safe and comfortable environment for people with dementia.

Back in January 2020, Donnelly Watson worked on a large-scale flooring refit at Crouched Friars, a residential care home located near the centre of Colchester.
